Apartment Access
1. Use the locks carefully, holding the key card close to the reader.
2. Insert the card into the switch to power the apartment.
3. Scan the QR code on your apartment router to access the internet.
4. If you are leaving your apartment, remove the card from the switch and make sure the front door is locked correctly after closing it.

Amenity Care
1. Use bed linens and towels correctly, avoiding stains.
2. Close doors gently to avoid noise and damage to the locks.
3. If you have plants in your room, water them twice a week or give our staff permission to do so.
4. Do not leave faucets or showers running unnecessarily.
5. Turn off induction hobs when not in use.
6. Turn off the lights and close the windows or doors of terraces and balconies when you leave your apartment.

Waste Management
1. Do not mix wet organic waste with other dry waste.
2. Store organic food waste in sealed bags to avoid pests and unpleasant odors, and dispose of it in the trash can.
3. Avoid throwing food scraps in the dishwasher, hand basin, toilet, and common areas. Remember that you are in a natural environment, and this can attract wild animals.
4. Do not flush toilet paper, wet wipes, or sanitary napkins down the toilet.

Use of Common Areas
1. You may only use the wet area between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
2. If you plan to use the wet area, please inform reception 40 minutes in advance so that all amenities (sauna, shower, and jacuzzi) are in perfect working order.
3. Glass items are not allowed in the wet area for everyone's safety.
4. Do not bring towels from your room into the wet area. Please inform reception, and we will gladly provide you with the necessary towels for this area.
5. Keep common areas tidy and clean.
6. Laundry and room cleaning services are available for an additional fee. Please get in touch with reception for scheduling and payment arrangements.

Visiting Hours and Registration
1. Visitors must register by presenting their physical ID. Photocopies, photos, or complaints are not accepted. Visitors are allowed to remain on the premises until 6:00 p.m.
2. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight in guest rooms unless the cost of the additional person has been prepaid, within the maximum capacity of the apartment.
3. Respect the silence and privacy of others.

Safety and Behavior
1. Any damage caused by guests must be reported immediately for the appropriate charge.
2. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Smoking will result in a fine of $200 to $1,000.
3. The use, possession, or distribution of illicit drugs is strictly prohibited on the premises.
4. Minors without proof of family kinship with their parents are prohibited.
5. Parties, scandals, or vandalism are not permitted on the premises.

Healthy Coexistence
1. During quiet hours, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., peace and quiet must be maintained.
2. Keep common areas and facilities in the same condition as you found them. Clean and tidy after use.
3. We foster an environment of mutual respect and tolerance. Please be considerate of other guests and respect their space and schedule.
4. Report any concerns or conflicts to the NOMADIC staff so they can find peaceful solutions and ensure harmony among all guests.
